This website (catalenaranch.com) is owned and operated by Horse Head Holdings LLC, d/b/a Catalena Ranch, a Texas limited liability company (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the site you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

The site is informational. We do not sell goods or services through this site. Any sale of livestock or other ranch services is handled directly and is governed by a separate written agreement, not by these terms.

You may browse, read, and share links to the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to interfere with the site’s security or normal operation

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Horse Head Holdings LLC, d/b/a Catalena Ranch and its members, officers, employees, and service providers from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

10. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to the site or these terms is the state and federal courts located in Grimes County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
